Everywhen trailer
An often caring, gentle, and well-meaning personal life is set against the reality of the social individual, who can be capable of cruelty, vengeance, and hate. But how can we remain critical of our own worldviews when they are shaped by those closest to us?
A loving mother who promotes violence and oppression; a devoted couple engaged in the propaganda of a destructive ideology; children playfully mimicking a fascist salute. Something feels deeply unsettled in these scenes—images of everyday families, parents and children, small groups bound by closeness, yet confronted with the looming possibility of history repeating itself.
Memory is fragile. It resurfaces unexpectedly—altered, idealized, or even erased. By omitting key events and reshaping the past, a barrier forms between generations, making it dangerously easy for history to repeat itself.
